Introduction

Based on our experience, we found out that the 11 churches of Lalibela, hewn from rock in the 13th century, are Ethiopia’s most popular destination and a must-see on the Northern Circuit. Gondar is the gateway to Lake Tana, which is dotted with islands inhabited by old monasteries. When most people think of Ethiopian culture, they envision the Omo Valley tribes, each with their own distinct appearance, from lip plates to face paint. These, over a dozen, tribes have maintained their distinct cultures and languages.
Eritrean culture is the collective cultural heritage of Eritrea’s various indigenous populations. Eritrea has 9 officially recognized ethnic groups. Each ethnic group has its own set of traditions and customs, but some are shared and appreciated by all ethnic groups. Our carefully designed tours will allow you to visit most of the tribes of this beautiful country.
After the independence of South Sudan, Sudan dropped from being the largest to the 3rd largest country in Africa following Algeria and Democratic Republic of the Congo. This huge country has more pyramids than Egypt. Another interesting cultural fact, which we also include in our cultural tours, is that weddings in Sudan can last up to 7 days.
Besides the Safaris, Kenya is also a wonderful place for cross-cultural interactions, as it is home to over 40 different tribal groups, each with their own distinct way of life. The semi-nomadic Maasai tribe is perhaps the most visible, with their multi-colored, bead-covered adornments. However, visiting any tribal village is an interesting and fascinating experience.
