Our special culinary tours are a unique way to experience Ethiopian life. Guests will learn how to identify the different ingredients, learn how to cook them and of course, sample the results. Ethiopia is famous for its Injera, a flat pancake-like food made from tiny cereal called teff. Addis Ababa has some great traditional restaurants serving national foods and drinks and most of them accompany the experience with traditional music and dance. Thanks to our established network of contacts we enable our guests to visit these kitchens as well as sample the delights in the dining rooms!
